Delivery Method and Service Area Notice
Delivery Method
Our operations team may decide at any time that we need to change your delivery method. This will mean you could change from our EasyGas refill delivery method to our Exchange delivery method. If this situation were to occur, an ELGAS Customer Officer will notify you 2weeks prior to the change.
Service Area
Very rarely we may no longer be able to service your area or your property due to operation changes within our business. If this situation were to occur, an ELGAS Customer Officer will notify you 2 weeks prior to the change.

How is an LPG gas bottle refilled?
LPG cylinders are refilled in two ways: By decanting and by weight. Both ways require 20% ullage to allow for gases to expand safely.
