This Fixed Price Plan is valid to ELGAS residential 45kg cylinder exchange customers only.
This Fixed Price Plan is subject to these Fixed Price Plan Terms and Conditions and the Elgas Plain English Terms and Conditions available at www.elgas.co.nz/terms-and-conditions. If there is any inconsistency between the Fixed Price Plan Terms and Conditions and the Elgas Plain English Terms and Conditions, the Fixed Price Plan Terms and Conditions terms will prevail.
Customers signing up to this Fixed Price Plan will receive the following: $195 incl GST gas price per cylinder fixed for 12 months from the date of registration, rental price fixed at $80.75 including GST per 45kg cylinder for 12 months from the date of registration.
This promotion cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer.
The effective dates of these terms and conditions are the earlier of the delivery date of your first cylinder or of your first gas supply.
There are no lock-in contracts, and you can leave this plan whenever you wish by giving us at least two (2) business days’ notice with no termination fee, except Elgas’ reasonable charges for the costs of removing and returning Equipment in accordance with the Plain English Terms and Conditions.
Our standard Gas Pricing may change from time to time. Gas Pricing as at the time you sign-up for the Fixed Price Plan will be fixed for the first 12 months of ongoing supply, starting from the date of signup.
Only after this initial 12 months of ongoing supply would your price vary in accordance with the Plain English Terms and Conditions.
