Terms and Conditions – Introductory Offers

• The Introductory Offers apply to our 45kg LPG exchange bottle program in New Zealand.
• The offers are only applicable to new residential customers that sign up between 1^st of May 2025 and 31^st of July 2025.
• The offers are available for areas serviced directly by ELGAS and through the ELGAS Agents.
• We will switch your current gas bottles over to ELGAS bottles and return the old bottles to your old supplier, all free of charge.
• An annual service charge will apply to each bottle located on your premises after a 12-month period and will be invoiced separately as a Service Charge, as described in the Plain English T&Cs.
• ^‡ All offers include free delivery to the areas serviced directly by the majority of ELGAS Branches.
• The pricing offers within this promotion cannot be interchanged. Each price offer is separate and independent of each offer.
• Credits are not redeemable for cash nor transferable and only available at original registered Elgas account address. Credits can only be applied to an ELGAS account and only valid on LPG purchases.
• ELGAS reserves the right to amend or terminate this promotional offer at any time.
• The general terms and conditions that apply to the use of this website also apply.
• The $100 of account credits (5 x $20 e-vouchers totalling $100 worth of gas credits inclusive of GST) are applied to the customer account at $165.00 per 45kg bottle for the first  5 bottles  delivered.
• Only one set of e-voucher promotion credits per customer account can apply at any one time and cannot be combined or accumulated with e-vouchers from other ELGAS voucher promotions unless specifically stipulated in the other voucher promotion.
• E-vouchers expire 5 years from the date that they are issued to the customer account.

Fixed Price Plan

 Gas Pricing for Fixed Price Plan will be fixed for the 12 months of ongoing supply, starting from the date of signup.

• Only after this initial 12 months of ongoing supply would your price alter.
• Valid to ELGAS residential 45kg cylinder exchange customers only. Domestic Standard Terms and Conditions of supply available at www.elgas.co.nz/terms-and-conditions. The length of the contract is the date you sign the fixed term contract + 12 months.
• Customers signing up to this fixed term contract will receive the following: $165 incl GST gas price per cylinder fixed for 12 months, Rental price fixed at customers current rate for 12 months.
• An early termination fee of $250.00 incl GST will apply if you cancel your contract within the initial term. This offer is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• ELGAS reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions in any way up to the end date. This promotion cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer. The effective dates of these terms and conditions is the earlier of the of your delivery date of your first cylinder or of your first gas supply.
