Direct Debit

Elgas will automatically deduct payment from your credit card or bank account on the due date. Please call 0800 435 427 to arrange Direct Debit for your Elgas account.

Payment by PhoneSimply call 0800 435 427 for our Automated Service. Please have your credit card and customer number details ready. (MasterCard and Visa cards only). A maximum of $1000 per month is permitted.

Budget Billing

Budget Billing is a payment system that helps you budget for your gas costs. Our experienced customer service team will calculate your 12 month gas budget based on your historical or future estimated usage. This budget figure is then divided by 12 and this is the monthly amount you pay from your nominated bank account or credit card. Please use the Budget Billing Application Form to apply for this payment option.

Payment in Person

Please present your whole invoice and pay by cash or cheque at your Elgas centre. Please make cheques payable to Elgas Ltd.

Payment by Mail
